Great series!!

This series gets more exciting with each book! Book 4 is about Sethorn and Uraya, who is introduced in the last book. This book overlaps book 3 and the attack on the queen.
In my opinion you really need to have read at least the last book to follow and to really enjoy this series start from book 1.
Sethorn is the intellectual dragorai, still all alpha, and quite conceited. Having been pursued, adored, idolized and obsessed over for centuries, he is wholly unprepared for Uraya. She is indifferent to him and doesn't understand what the fuss is all about.
Really enjoyed how much Uraya took Sethorn down a peg by withholding compliments!
Zoey has created this dragon world and I'm completely sucked in by another brother's book and the overall continuing story! I am going to to be impatiently waiting for Khyros' book and finding his dragon!!
I received this ARC in exchange for an honest opinion.
The darkest and steamiest in the series

Compared to the previous 3 installments of this wonderful series, A Lair So Fateful definitely was the darkest in my opinion with the edgiest hero. Sethorn was borderline not likable compared to the other dragorai. Although all the dragorai are arrogant by definition and well-known for their sexual appetites, Sethorn (initially) seemed to be the most callous and uncaring while demanding Uraya's absolute devotion. Sethorn was compelling in his frequent rages and the sex scenes were particularly intense, but I realized I wasn't compelled by him as I was the other dragorai because I didn't get the same sense of inner conflict.
I felt that he was a bit too quick to be suspicious of her and make her the enemy vs. the other dragorai who although equally of violent temper seemed to be conflicted between their adoration for their mates and their duty. Sethorn's duty seemed to be to Sethorn which made it a bit harder to buy into the push/pull dynamic as in the other novels. He did redeem himself of course at some point but I found his arc a bit less satisfying than the others' because I found that his ill temper dominated the novel vs. his transformation into romantic hero.
However, that being said, the worldbuilding as usual as the richness of the characters (all of them distinct from one another in each book so I really appreciated that) are second to none. I also will repeat that I love the insight into each character's POV without using 1st person lol, but that's just a personal preference of mine. I fully plan to re-read all previous books again so perhaps I will have a fresh perspective on this one and view Sethorn with a bit kinder eye. :)
I received an ARC copy of this book and this is my honest review.
Worth the wait

I received an ARC copy of this book and this is my honest review. Uraya is a strong woman, who is used to fighting against all odds in a war between a vengeful queen and a relentless king. When dragorai Sethorn Vattoro saves her life, Uraya is tasked to work with him on the rescue of her friend. Sethorn, who expects people around him to worship and compliment him, sets his mind on breaking Uraya’s strong will slowly. What he did not expect is that Uraya is more enticing than any other woman he has ever met. This is book four in the Last Dragorai series. To be quite honest, the Last Dragorai series is not my favorite by Zoey Ellis (I cannot resist Drocco!). My love for fantasy romance is rather limited, and the more fantasy, the less my interest. So when the first book A Lair So Sinful came out, I was not sure if that was my cup of tea. Dragons? Magic? Flying through the air? But I love Zoey Ellis’ books regardless, and I gave it a shot. Three books later, I am again excited about another great dark romance novel. It is very easy to read without many complicated made-up words to describe the world it is set in. I laughed, I cried, and I enjoyed the sexy time scenes. The way Uraya and Sethorn negotiated an agreement on working together, and how Sethorn still tried to get his way, was sexy and hilarious. And of course Uraya is not immune to the biggest and most attractive of the seven Vattoro brothers. If you are into primal attraction between an arrogant alpha and a strong-willed omega, this is a book for you. Enjoy! And be prepared that you will not be able to put it down.

I floved it…. Seriously hawt series! Dragori are a dominant male dragon species that lay claim to an omega female in a delicious over the top way. I absolutely loved it.
What did I like? Sethorn was definitely over the top. I loved the agreement between Uraya and Sethorn and how he twists everything to try to meet his needs. Please read the books in order for ultimate reading pleasure.
Would I recommend or buy? Yes, I bought all of the series so far and they look gorgeous on my shelf.
