What an excellent read. It grabs you from the start to the end.

Once you start, you will not want to put this series down. This first book is just a taste test of Jim Butcher's amazing writing. You will. not be disappointed!!

An amazing series all the way through.

I was so captivated by the story that I got my husband reading them and before long he had taken the iPad captive. We have both enjoyed the stories about Tavi's adventures, challenges and all the amazingly vivid characters of his world. I wish there were more. Truly an incredible series of stories.

Loved the whole series. Now back to reading the latest Dresden files

A nice finish to the series. Great moments of heroism and ingenuity abound in this finale to the Codex Alera series. I'm very happy to have made this my first e-book purchase!

I love these books! I wish there where more! Incredible story and rich characters. Thanks Jim

The book itself is great - a fitting end to a well written series. The formatting leaves much to be desired, especially open quotes. They are angled the wrong direction, and have a space between the quote and the next letter. This often causes the open quote to be at the end of one line, while the first word is at the beginning of the next line. Hopefully this simple issue will be fixed.

I purchased the other books in this series, but I will not pay trade paperback prices for a standard sized book let alone an ebook... Lower the price to $6.99 to $7.99 and I will gladly purchase this book. Thank you

I've loved this series, very imaginative and well-written. Would love to see a movie version! If you like George RR Martin, you'll love this series!
