Wow!! That’s probably the most accurate word any fan of this book could use to convey their opinion of the book when they first read it! If you enjoy supernatural tales of terror, you’ll love John Farris’ powerful, horrifying tale of demonic possession! A nightmare from beginning to end! Horror fans will relish this book! I read it as a paperback novel published by Tor books. One warning: while I’ve never read William Peter Blatty’s novel, The Exorcist, I’ve seen the movie many times. I would call this the scariest story since The Exorcist! Enjoy it, but read it with all of the lights burning brightly!
