It’s misleading that the book is not complete and you have to buy the second one to finish the story. Like too many incomplete parts to the story . Too much of a slow burn - 400 pages and they kissed that’s it, not even well written first kiss. Nothing was answered and Shelby isn’t a good lead character. The plot would have been good if completed and if it wasn’t in tow books. Disappointed considering it was so costly a book and it kept coming up on my Instagram to buy.

Such a great book! I couldn’t put the bol down and then cliff hanger! Had to buy the next book immediately after being down with book 1!!!!

I haven’t ever been a reader but this is the one that has gotten me started and I have been hooked!

Captivating..it took a minute for me to realize that there was more than one story happening at the same time, but once I did, mmhmmmm…

I wish there was another book to continue the story but it’s amazing as it is

Such a good read on a slow burn romance. There is a good back story and plot to go with the love story and not just being heated up.

A whole book and you never find out what actually happens between them. A lot of mystery with no answers And Shelby is still destroyed over a loser high school boyfriend almost 10 years later?
