This was a different style of writing. It had very short and direct chapters. I liked it overall, but do feel like the short chapters kept most of the material on a pretty surface level and didn’t dive real deep. But if you’re looking for an easy leadership read this might be the book for you.

Very practical and easy to read. Now I need to go back and read it one more time to go through and really apply all of the exercises at the end of each chapter. Thank you!
