Everything in this is what I have personally done to get to the level I am at today. Use it as a guide or a booster for you to start your self-improvement journey. You can follow what I did or add your spin to it. It doesn't matter as long as you improve yourself. My life has changed and improved drastically from this self-improvement journey I have started and it will for you too. I want you to become the best you've ever been, I want you to become the best in the room. What I've implemented has 100% worked for me and it will 100% work for you. You are in the same situation as I was in before I started self-improvement or at least similar. I have done it for a few months and it's opened a new light into the world. Do the work and the world will give you the results.
