Always a sweet ride reading these books! This book was cleverly crafted for maximum effect, couldn’t put it down!

I only wish there was more emotion in the ending and the interaction with Magdalena after all the history . A little anticlimactic in comparison to other endings in the series. Still a great read!

It was kind of slow in the beginning but when the puzzle started to come together, it was a great read! Just like every In Death written!

I have always enjoyed these story lines; I enjoy working the cases with Eve, Peabody and Roark along with the cat. Looking forward to the next book that is coming out in September ☺️

So good! To see honor, integrity and most of all trust and love between two people. I so needed this book with all that is happening in the USA. I needed to be reminded, integrity and honor will overcome those who lie, cheat and feel they are above it all. Thank you!
