    A guy who abused drugs for over 20 years? Why would anyone be shocked at the way it ended for him. Clearly most of us did not know the man personally and he may have been a great guy idk. However to the fitness community is was a very bad example for gym life and healthy living. The key word is healthy. Think of the many unknowns who followed his bad lifestyle and died like he did but in the shadows. You can train hard and eat clean and live way longer, enjoy your life, your friends, family. Stay safe people.

    This documentary is basically an interview on top of clips of YouTube videos that were edited out of their original posting. Plus, the interview isn’t anything that Rich didn’t say several times in his videos throughout the year. This was just an attempt to make one last buck on a legacy.

    Im a professional bodybuilder myself and i atually like evertyhing Vlad puts out but this is legitimately youtube footage moved to HD and spliced together. Whats even more telling is they didnt even take other footage and splice it in between... its like they took all his gym sessions, added a time stamp to them and puth them back to back like Rich just went form gym to gym every day until the end when he went shooting and to his warehouse. I have to imagine theres more footage that the Yudin brothers caught. Absolutely not wirth 15$

    Love Rich and have probably seen every video of him ever on YouTube. That said there is maybe 15 minutes of never before see stuff here. Everything else has been on different sites over the last year. Not gonna say don’t waste your money bc I think everyone should support generation iron. They put out ALOT of great content on YouTube.
