Ex-Marine and hardened Arizona rancher Jim Hanson (Liam Neeson) simply wants to be left alone as he tries to make a living on an isolated stretch of borderland. But everything changes when he witnesses 11-year-old migrant Miguel and his mother fleeing from a band of assassins sent by a ruthless drug cartel. After being caught in a shootout, Miguel's mother begs Jim to take her son to the safety of their family in Chicago. Defying law enforcement, Jim and Miguel hit the road and slowly begin to forge an unlikely friendship while the cartel's relentless assassins blaze a bloody trail, hot on their heels.

  • Another new movie claiming there is no God

So movie was good story and action but sadly this is the second movie recently that I have seen, new releases, claiming there is no God and that heaven and God are all a lie. Socialism/communism agenda can’t have you believing there is a heaven and creation other wise you won’t find the government able to be your god. Evolution is completely impossible because every time something would need to evolve to exist it has to start over from the beginning again, not even a single cell which is very complex could make it, without being created. Outside of all that it was a pretty good movie with some action and bringing light to the boarder problems.

Slow, dumb and plodding. A total waste of time and money. Liam Neeson needs to retire.

Liam Nielsen is a great actor who introduces us to the evolving character as he gets involved in Savin a little orphan. The movie is the story behind many of the inmigrantes fleeing from the violence in their countries.

Dear Hollywood, Stop making these racist films of the “legendary” white man coming to save minorities lives. White man goes to Afghanistan, saves Muslims, white man goes to China, saves the Chinese, white man goes to Japan, saves the Japanese, white man goes to Africa, saves the Africans, and so on..
  • It's O.K.

It’s as if Liam Neeson watched No Country for Old Men & Sicario and was convinced his career could have meaning if he followed their lead in a role as a pathetic old alcoholic. They have a pathetic story/script that deserves a lawsuit for plagiarism by the Coen brothers (NCfOM), poor direction, poor cinematography, and even poor casting. Jean Claude Van Damme made better action movies. And yes, a moving Tahoe flipped into the air from 1 rifle shot... without any explosives. I’m not sure where to shoot a Tahoe to cause it to defy the laws of physics, but I’ve told my wife to be careful driving hers after watching this miserable excuse for a movie.
