Purchased this season on iTunes as I have the last 3 or 4 seasons. The release date has always be inconsistent. And now I don’t have a single full episode available to watch. Each already purchased episode is only the first thirty second recap of the previous episode. I can’t watch the reunion and I can’t watch the finale. What the F iTunes! I want a refund!

Episodes are never uploaded consistently. This is a problem with Apple across the board. Buy on prime instead.

Really disappointed with how VIACOM treats it viewers. It is RIDICULOUS the SAME REPORTED PROBLEMS with DELAYED EPISODE UPLOADING occur season after season. Before this season I had seen people's negative reviews and thought they were just being impatient but after witnessing and waiting firsthand myself the issue is PLAIN AND CLEAR TO SEE and it is the fault of Viacom! If I could demand a refund from Apple I would! I will NOT be purchasing another season again.

I purchased the season pass for Season 14. Unfortunately, episode 15 (the reunion episode) is not included in the purchase, and I would need to pay $3 to watch that episode. I won’t buy another season pass in advance from Apple again. Lesson learned.

Why are the episodes always two days late! The reunion episode still is not up and it is available on all other platforms. Everything happening on the series is ruined by spoilers and the season pass still does not have it available. What is the point of purchasing a season pass if the episodes are not available within reasonable time after it airs on the network? DISGRACEFUL. The one star is not for the show, but for iTunes.

Absolutely ridiculous on how long it takes to release each episode to view!

Pick a time to upload and stick to it.

Awful! One week, new episode posts at 2 am. Next week, 24hours after air date. This week… it’s still not posted longer than 24 hours later. Never again will I buy a season pass from iTunes. It’s a full time job avoiding all the spoil reels on social media till it’s posted here. Go buy a VHI subscription to watch there.

I purchased the season pass and it’s only happened once for the most recent season (14) but now it’s happening again!!! I’m used to the episodes being available after I get off of work to enjoy and I just don’t understand how I am able to watch it through other apps (if I payed for them) but not through the season pass. Please apple get it together not going too harshly because it has only happened 2 times but still
