I purchased the old box set in 2020. Had no issues with it until it was removed and later replaced with this box set. Now every time I try to watch the old one that’s still in my library, I’m redirected to paramount+.

The previous boxset contained cut episodes. This new boxset contains the original full length episodes for some of the cut episodes in the previous boxset. Some are still cut. I contacted Apple and asked them to replace my original boxset with this new one. They refused and insisted there was nothing they could do and that I'd have to repurchase this boxset if I wanted the original full length version of these episodes. They told me that there was nothing they were willing to do to make this right. Beware! There are still cut episodes in this boxset. There may be a future re-release of this boxset that fixes it, but you'll be stuck with this one if you purchase it now. Shame on you Apple!

Been seeing a lot of 1 star reviews so I thought I’d give some more info towards the complaints. Everybody Loves Raymond has a complicated history when it comes to home video. HBO and CBS probably had to renegotiate a deal with each other and that’s why it left and came back, it has nothing to do with Apple, but with the studios. I’m just glad it’s back for me to own! I purchased this for my parents and they still have access to the old boxset, even after it wasn’t available to purchase on my account for the past year. You buy it, you keep it. The series is complete. One episode is a combined two parter so that’s why Season 7 has 1 episode as the finale instead of 2. It’s complete! I can’t recommend this series enough. Get some Italian food and enjoy Everybody Loves Raymond!

Why replace the old complete series box set, which has been available for several years, with this one? That is, aside from making it harder to locate the previous one to avoid buying it again.
