Shark Week, 2008

Is there a reason that Discovery and Apple have decided not to release the full-length episode? A number of the original myths aren't even tested. I love Mythbusters, but I kind of regret this purchase...

I truly hope we get to buy shark week 2009 i love that itunes has 06 though 08 but this year is so awesome !

It's shark week. Come on, who could give this a bad review? Great episodes, very informational. Things i've learned... 1. Sharks F'ing hate surfers. Dont surf 2. You go into the ocean, you WILL get attacked. 3. Bull sharks hate life and will bite anything, including your mom.

So, basically, sharks are the sweetest things ever. Shark week is pretty much the highlight of my summer. How lame. This is a wonderful buy. How grand that its under 10$ as well.

What's the deal? I don't want one hour episodes of a two hour show! I love shark week (who doesn't), but if I'm buying something I want the entire thing, you know? Most of the stuff edited out are the funny bits, too. How disappointing iTunes! Anyway, the rest of this stuff is awesome, though it's still lacking some Dirty Jobs episodes. Go Shark Week!!

I had to miss the end of the 'Mythbusters' Shark Week special on Discovery Channel last week, so was happy to find it available on iTMS. But after I bought it, I was disappointed to find that it isn't the same as the full-length broadcast version. What's there is good, and the editing is concise without losing the most interesting bits... but I'm still left wondering whether or not flashlights attract sharks, which didn't make it into the iTMS version at all.

I love Shark Week! It is my most favorite TV week of the year! MythBusters and Dirty Jobs alone made watching worth while. I do have to say though, I wish they would cut back on the shows about sharks attacking people...Surviving Sharks, How Not To Become Shark Bait, World's Most Deadly Shark Attacks...etc, and bring back the shows about the sharks themselves that made Shark Week famous in the first place. I would love to see more shows about the species you never hear about, like the "Cookie Cutter Shark". More about Pre-Historic Sharks, or shows about the science that is being used to learn more about them. And I really, really hope MythBusters does another show next year! It was WONDERFUL!

Even though it is summer some people don't want to learn but this is exactly the opisite it is appsoulutly killer!!!!! you learn about all the deadliest sharks it makes you very aware of them it is awesome!!

That's all that I can say! Its a great informative series for all. For the shark enthusiast and for anyone who's ever been in the water or had thoughts of going in the sea/ocean anytime in the future, this is a series to watch and record. Love my iPod!

The story about the seal or whatever trying to get away from the white shark was amazing, when they were doing the ones of the white shark. I was so glad the seal got away and the people helped him get farther away. Then one I watched Tuesday about the Tiger Shark and the man who could hold his breathe said he bonded with the female shark.Shark week is entertaining, special, emotional and very informative to all.
