This is a great album from start to finish, I think they saved the best for last “Superheated” is fast but such an emotional song with great lyrics. They always seem to have a song that hits home dear to to my heart and add another to the soundtrack of my life. I was a little iffy with the guest singers. Not a fan of the The Killers but Brandon Flowers did alright. One hit wonder La Roux did an excellent job on backing vocals on some songs and Iggy Pop wasn’t bad at all. New Order somehow pulled it off and made it work. Highly recommended album.

Tutti Frutti is good but my god...what an awful title! People on the High Line would be a good B-side for anything off Get Ready or Sirens. The rest of it is embarrassing crap. They really should hang it up.

I wasn't sure what I'd think about New Order with Peter Hook, as it's his bass playing that has been my favorite part of the band. However, this album is by far the best NO album in a very long time. I would place it 2nd after 1983's PC&L. I agree with someone that said that the album is strong all the way through. Plus there's Iggy Pop on a song.

Not sure how some reviewers say nothing stands out! Superheated and Nothing But a fool are easily 2 of they're best songs ever! Yes we all miss Peter Hook but most of what made them New Order is still there. Still sound like no one else! Can't wait for the next album!

I've been a casual fan of New Order in the past and decided to look them up to download their song Faith and found this album. After previewing a few of the songs on this album I decided to buy it. Freaking amazing album. Love it! Has a New Order / Pet Shop Boys vibe. Awesome. Singularity is my favorite by a very slim margin.

Well I really was hopeful for this new album. I'm really trying to like it , since I've been a fan from the beginning . But I have to say this album really is missing something. The description says "back to their roots." ? Really ? None of these songs have neither the edge or ethereal feel that makes you the listener feel like you've found something unique. Maybe it is the fact that there is no Peter Hook - I can't say that alone would account for the lack of true New Order feel to this album (even the cover art is a bit lack luster) . Even the groups other projects (Electronic , The other two, Monaco , Revenge,) all kinda of showcased the separate parts of the whole- NewOrder but this album feels empty.. Even Iggy Pop can't fill the empty space on this album. I keep listening to try and here something but I'm not sure I will on this one .. And to everybody who says five stars best work ever.. What Are you tone deaf? Disappointing ..
