It's been 11 years, please free the bonus tracks from the purgatory of "ALBUM ONLY", I'm not buying the album a third time, I'm not. (If it were Mastered for iTunes, however, I would have bought it, like the original album). Or make the bonus tracks available on an EP, some aren't available. Rant over. This is a great album!

Im not religious, but I have never felt more of a spiritual conection to anything in my life until I heard this album. It hits me personally on so many levels and it has opened my eyes to more and more music, and helped me realize who and what I want to be in my life.

go buy this cd from your local record store. and go see the flaming lips live if it's the last thing you do.

Okay so this is literally my all time favorite song it is so amazing and it brings back so many memories. I have never written a review but this song D E S E R V E S I T I have been to a couple of their concerts, so much fun! Best concert I have ever been too!! Buy this song you will enjoy it so much and it will create memories!

We use to use the term sell out a lot back in the 1990s. The 00's really showed what bands from the 90s were sell outs and what bands were not. The Lips were not.

The flaming lips are a band unlike any other and i must say this album is by far their best Songs like The yeah yeah yeah song,Free radicals, My cosmic autumn Rebellion, and THE W.A.N.D pretty much sum up what the flaming lips are about

If you haven't heard anything or very little from The Flaming Lips. At War With The Mystics is a great place to start. This band has a wide range of sounds. They've been playing for well over 20 years. Most of their diehard fans found them through word of mouth. It is psychedelic music at it's best. If you've heard nothing by them, just remember- this is nothing like Lady GaGa. This is real music! Music worth giving a try. They're from Oklahoma & were given the honor of the state's official song -"Do You Realize???"(from the album:"Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots.") Also, they have been selected to be the first band to play in outer space. When the space station is ready, they will play a live set in zero gravity. One of most underrated bands finally getting a little attention.

Sand sun headphones hearing At War With The Mystics blitzed my Summer Day in 2009. I hear this CD and each time it brings me places I want to be. It's a specail album. His voice and songwriting are exceptional making me often think nowawdays I'd rather listen to more of this than Pink Floyd, simply because I endlessessly listened to to Floyd for 15 years. This is so fresh - the Phlaming Lips with my Phish. It's a perfect appatizer, main dish, or dessert. Enjoy!
