Chicane continues to awe and impress. Nick's deviations from his previous albums continues to show his devotion to his craft to explore melodic, emotive electronic music. I'm continually impressed at how masterful Nick's music and remixes are! It's tremendously satisfying to listen to Nick's music! It might sound repetitive at first glance, but then upon paying attention to the subtle movements, sounds and instruments, masterfully placed, you can see and appreciate the enormous amounts of effort that went in to each song. Each movement and deviation feels like it has a purpose, and doesn't come across as just being fanciful for the sake of fancy. He consistently gets the balance right.
In case Mr. Chicane ever reads these reviews, thank you for this release, Nick!

Chicane went back to the..tried and true formula thats worked for them in the past. Thats fine. But I guess I want them to stretch out a bit more. I'm not knocing the CD. I Would have given it 4 stars.
This music is great for 1st time listeners. But us Vets of Chicane expected a little bit more substance, It just seems like I've heard these songs before on their prior stuff. I expected more from them. Thats what happens when your initial stuff was straight dope. Listeners want even better.
Chicane is one of the all time greatest!

Don't get me wrong; I love Chicane and some of my favorite songs of all time are his. A Love That's Hard To Find is easily the best track here but it seems like it's only half a song. It has like 1 verse/chorus and then it's over. Not sure what that's about but I wish it was 2-3 times as long.
