The title of this album does what it is called: illuminate. Not only ethereal and otherwordly but it also, carrying the heavenly voices of that Benedictine and Gregorian chant-like singing, evokes the mental setting of cathedrals and other medieval places where it makes you feel royally bound to a certain bond of another existence that was over thousands of years ago. Listening to this music makes you feel like you stepped into the world of medieval Europe and the rest of the middle ages.
For me, though, it puts me in the mental confines of the inside of a cathedral on my knees in the praying position below the cross of the heavenly father allowing me to illuminate on everything and to learn of the wisdom hidden within it. The more we illuminate, the more we learn and the more wiser we become while basking in the glow of that illumination.
Two words fit this album: exceptionally terrific!
Another great ethereal entry!!

Far more textured and melodic than Mystic Spirit Voices, Lesiem seems to settle into a sound that is reminiscent of Eric Levi's french choral ensemble, ERA. Every track fits beautifully, though the standout pieces are definitely Roma, Navigator, Brittania, and the hauntingly beautiful Paradisus. If you like Lesiem, look for works by ERA, Amethystium, and Frank Peterson's (one of the original members of Enigma and also the producer of most of Sarah Brightman's albums) group Gregorian.
Awesome!

I love this track. The music is relaxing with it's mix of Latin and English. I'm sure there are other lanuages mixed in, but I most enjoyed Britannia.
