Rosario has the gift to make traditional flamenco songs into "pop", inviting more listeners to enjoy the genre, but taking a new twist on it. New aficionados should also listen to her 1996 Mucho por vivir; once you start listening, you can tell that she has that "gusto" for life in her lyrics (she was inspired by the birth of her daughter) and in the music itself. I hope iTunes can make that album available online, too.
