A pleasant enough listen but the only two songs that stand out at first are the studio versions of We Gotta Get Out Of This Place and Kick Out The Jams. A majority of these songs are written or co-written by Joe Bouchard. My two least favorite songs are Soul Jive and Shot In The Dark, both with music by Albert Bouchard. Buck Dharma’s sole writing credit is on the rather forgettable Cherry. There is probably a good reason why these songs were previously unreleased! My favorite previously unreleased song from these guys is Night Flyer, which is included as a bonus track on the remastered version of Spectres. Nothing here is nearly as strong as that track.
Still, I love this band and it’s nice to hear new old songs from them. I actually prefer it to their last three albums!

I don't get this release. I'm a long time fan of BOC but this is just a "collect the money and sit back" episode. The last album was outstanding and absolutely worth the long wait between releases. Too bad.

As I live and breathe Blue Oyster Cult! While there was nothing here that comes close to the level of Don’t Fear the Reaper! But it is still amazing an album 💿 as it was!

I am a BOC fan and I was expecting some fresh blistering new rock after the live album. Nope! They took their foot off the pedal on this one. Boring. Will never listen to it again.

This is an awesome album. It is a nice cross section of all of the group’s sound. It’s just cool to hear some of those lost/unreleased tracks. Anyone who is a fan of BOC will enjoy the album.
