It's missing tracks 2 & 3 if you bought the singles. There's no way to download the full album. It really ruins the experience of it. I could create a playlist, but why when I bought the album? That said, I really enjoyed the music, except I couldn't listen to it uninterrupted because of Apple's bizarre way of organizing purchases. Oh well, I guess it's back to uploading CDs, I guess.

Loved Future Nostalgia and was hoping this would be an album of growth from that one. It’s not. Don’t get me wrong it’s adequate pop music but nothing stands out like the majority of FN.

Not as put together as her last outing, Radical Optimism is still a lot of fun. I really enjoyed the highs while the lows are very few. I wish track to track it gelled a bit more for me, but that’s a small complaint for any otherwise great album from her. Definitely fits really well with the rest of her catalog.

The production is so sophisticated, clean, and well thought out through and through. The progression of the sound flows so nicely and is so incredibly cohesive. Dua’s voice is *chef’s kiss* to me. So sultry, and I love that she treats her voice as an instrument to elevate the songs and isn’t afraid to be experimental with it in this album. Bops all around that will be on replay throughout the summer. She definitely sticks to what she’s good at with the dance bops but I appreciate that’s she’s exploring that sound with different producers to keep it fresh. This has more retro / psychedelic / beachy feels compared to the disco of future nostalgia. You can tell this was made with European audiences in mind.
