Never really understood the LL hype. One of the most overrated old school rappers along with Ice Cube and Busta

Other than questions about the sequencing ... this project doesnt disappoint... the production by Q-Tip was on point and LL was lyrical sword is sharp as a ginsue... no one should ever question his pen... wish there were two or three more tracks,,,

LL is still putting his experience and creativity into his music and it did not disappoint! I love the collaborations with Em and Nas! Each track sounds like it was crafted for that project and shows LL still has a hat it takes to make great music. The overall project sounds great and I’m so stoked he is still in his bag putting his passion into his art!

I really wanted to like this album, but it is just bad. Even the Eminmen trakc fails on repeat listening. I was expecting a mid album from someone who's been out of the game for a long time, but it doesn't even clear that low bar. The flows don't work, the rhymes don't rhyme, and the entire effort just reeks of a former great grasping at straws to regain his glory. This ain't it.
