I have never written a music review in my life... (not a spring chick) but So Many Summers struck a cord that I didn't know was there. I have no idea why my path hasn't crossed with Trisha Yearwood sooner! What a voice and this album is just WOW!!
Perfect Album!

Every song makes space to be heard, enjoyed, and taken in. You could tell Trisha’s heart and soul was poured into this album, especially as her first as a song writer. The production is flawless. Can’t wait to hear it live in concert.
Perfect blend of country soul, heart and sass!

I’m a sucker for Trisha’s up beat boot stomping country sass, and she delivered as per usual, this time as a co-writer and co-producer on what should be instant radio and streaming hits like “Little Lady”, “Bringing the Angels” and “Drunk Works”! The ballads are perfect too, When October Settles In is beautiful and hit hard!

One of the most heartfelt country songs that I have heard in many years. If this song don’t become a hit, something is wrong.

Trisha has been one of the most reliable artists in terms of quality over the last 30 years. This album is the first she’s cowritten and the style and material compliments the rest of her catalog. Even more impressive is just how strong her voice is. Light touring over the years has preserved her voice to be nearly identical as it was when she first debuted. Excellent album

This album hit me deeper than I ever expected. I’ve been through two years of personal wreckage, and listening to The Mirror felt like someone finally understood all the layers of that pain. but also the strength it takes to face yourself and keep going. Every lyric feels lived-in and raw. You can tell Trisha poured her heart and real life into every song. “The Mirror” and “Little Lady” especially made me cry, and then breathe, and then feel proud of how far I’ve come. Trisha’s voice sounds better than ever so vulnerable and powerful at the same time. This is not just an album; it’s a companion for anyone going through something, or coming out the other side. It’s healing. It’s brave. And it’s absolutely beautiful. I love you, you song writer you!!!! QUEEN BEHAVIOR

Cool to hear this beautiful country voice.
Why did ITUNES list this album as traditional country while 16 other new albums were described as country?
Is there a bias against “country music”
I will buy it and enjoy the heck out of it.
Happy that Garth is not singing on this beautiful pice of work.
No offense to Garth, but Trisha can stand own her own beautiful music!
Awesome new music
