David has always have a love for music and is shows through his work... even when he was in high school we all knew that one day he was going to do great things with music. He is such a nice person. And if you don't have Bittersweet you are really missing out on a great cd...
  • Awesome, but don't miss his other works. INCREDIBLE ARTIST

This is awesome as usual but, don't miss his earlier works. Follow For Now, Brand New Immortals, Dionne Farris and his other solo works (David Ryan Harris and Bittersweet). I have never understood why he isn't a superstar. He is one of the best artists in the past 20 years and I have been listening to him for about that long. INCREDIBLE
  • David says this is a demo, fans disagree

David is an accomplished songwriter and guitarist, often lending his talents to further the careers of others. "Soulstice" in no way takes the place of seeing him live (which is extraordinary), but these songs are a close second. "The Bittersweet" has equally great versions of some of the tunes, but I'll always be partial to this album...which was the soundtrack to my Summer of '04. Remember his name.

First heard DRH in ATL in Oct 06. He opened for John Mayer at Chastain Park. He is awesome. His music has a great feel to it. Buy the album. You won't regret it. You'll be humming his tunes for a long time.

DRH is quite amazing in my view, his voice is a mix of stevie wonder and donny hathaway, and his guitar sklls exceed over any above average player out there. Hopefully he continues on the path he is on.

I wish iTunes had his new album "The Bitterseet". This guy can write the best lyrics and all his melodies are amazing. A lot more people should Know about this guy. I saw him live with John Mayer and he was the man. Finally iTunes knows who he is.

He never ceases to amaze me. The first time I saw him, he was the front man of a unbelieveable hard rock band named Follow for Now. Too bad they were one and done. He has done nothing but get better as he has matured into an outstanding songwriter and even better performer. You will not be disappointed in this album!
  • Probably the best musician you've never heard of....until now!

This is a great album and I encourage you to pick-up the Atlanta EP if you can find it. His recorded music does not do him justice. Not to say that it isn't good, but it would be well worth your while to see him live. It's an emotionally charged show that will lleave you blown away, and his solo shows could only be described as magical. He truly is a great musician. Plus sometimes there's a sing-a-long to Goodthing. Buy this album...you won't regret it.
  • Love Me Some DRH

I first saw David Ryan Harris when he was touring with Jamie Cullum. It was kind of a spontaneous show for me and I went with very little expectation. David Ryan Harris came out on stage just him and a guitar. He was amazing he had the crowd totally into it. I could not wait to get my hands on his CD. I went home and bought it right away. I have loved it ever since. I couldn’t get enough so I looked around for some other DRH stuff and found a different album. He was part of a band called Brand New Immortals made up of DRH, Johnny Colt, and Kenny Cresswell. I purchased that CD and love that one as well. Let’s just say I’m a big fan.

This is David's best CD! The album is good from track 1-11. His voice is unique and relaxing. His music just makes you want to tap your foot, and sing along. I'm telling you... your loss for not downloading these tracks. One of my top five favorite albums of all time.
