I found this wonderful album by this sweet-voiced artist last year around Christmas. Such a great holiday album of different, nontraditional holiday music. Gave this CD as a gift to my boss last year and he and his wife were pleased to discover this artist.

i don't usually review albums but this album has quickly become my favorite Christmas album, you will not be disappointed it's such a quite introduction to Christmas and it's just lovely. the songs are not traditional christmas arrangements which makes it a very distinct sound that is a rare find when everyone is following the same formula this time of year. i have recently discovered Kate and am quickly adding her albums to my library. this is a must for the holiday season!!!!

My wife and I have been playing this album nearly nonstop since buying it the other day. As usual, Kate's voice is in excellent form and she once again brings some very interesting arrangements and instrumentation to the party. A perfect holiday treat.

I was sorely lagging in holiday spirit till I caught wind of this...one of my favorite songsters, Ms. Rusby always delivers music I can listen to over and over again. This will add some cheer to our Solstice party! And I suspect that, for generations, these will float through the house, along with Bing, Ella, Raffi, The Chieftains, and other favorites...
