I always buy the etudes I'm working on for college! Really helps me if I hear some of those tricky passages especially in treble and tenor clef then apply it to my practicing. Of course, playing very under tempo compared to how Mr. Yablonsky plays it....

For those of you learning to play the cello this is a must have. The Popper etudes are something one has to encounter at some point early in their career and finding a recording, or at least a decent one is hard to come by. The playing here is good enough to get a sense of what it is you're trying to play.
