As much as I think this is one of last year's best releases, that's how pissed off I am that I have to buy the CD again to get the two bonus tracks that 'suddenly appeared'. Who's stupid idea was this? I guess I am being punished again for being too hip for my own good. By the way, thanks Apple for buying LaLa, now you guys are getting my money again... As an Apple stockholder, it's nice to give my annual thousands of music dollars to a company of which I have a tiny piece.

Out of all the artists I love in the music industry, Memory Tapes comes out of left field. With "Seek Magic" Memory Tapes has, without even knowing it, created the soundtrack that I believe is secretly playing constantly to all of my memory tapes in my head from the 31 some odd years i've roamed this rock. This is the album to buy to reminisce yours too. Buy it and relive your memory tapes in great detail.

Memory Tapes taps into a lot of magic with this album. Strangely familiar sounds seem to release a variety of memories that were forgotten. A de ja vu of sorts, it's an atmospheric album that shifts throughout different landscapes, often a few times within one song, but provides a cozy seat to kick back and enjoy the ride. This special edition adds 4 tracks to the original album which is well worth it. Bicycle and Graphics are musts alone.
