Little less of a mainstream country sound but that's prefecly ok. In fact, i think the writting found here is better as she grows as an artist. Opinions will be mixed,I think. First off, the opening track really makes one think about stressing less and I feel it's a song that the world needs to hear. 'House of Cards' is very relatable about the house one grows up in. The title track is a prefect sum up of her generation and even covers what it was like to be a kid up til the 1980s and how no matter what we grow up and blend in to society like all the graduate classes before us. I won't highlight every song but let's just say my least favorite song is 'Outside Looking In', John Doe No 24' tells the tale of an unidentified man written from his point of view. The piano ballad 'Where Time Stands Still' is a beauty. All around terrific CD. She's the real deal as far as a songwritter goes; true pure, and from the heart.

I've been sitting at a bookstore and have been tempted several times to leave because this is the worst album I've had to listen to.

This is a most amazing and awesome work of a huge talent!! I loved this album when it first came out and played it over and over and over again. I somehow lost it over the years and now finally have found it here again on itunes. I love the lyrics and melodies that speak so intensely to the heart. Just love it!!
