  • The Subculture series is quickly becoming my favorite Trance mix of the year!

Every year I am waiting for certain year end compilations. Subculture is one of them. and for the last 3 years it's the one I listen to the most. Believe me after 20 years + of listening to Trance, the genre can get a little tired. There are very few mixes that keep my attention these days. Remember the days when you got goose bumps listening to Baby Doc & The dentists In Worship of False Idols album or X-Dream's Children of the lost Generation? Oh and it's fully mixed on two extra long mix tracks. Well listen to this one it's worth it. John hasn't disappointed me yet! Keep it going!
  • Continuosly mixed?

Each individual song is not continuously mixed. I'm disapponted that the songs aren't continously mixed!
  • Amazing as always!

John O'Callaghan is a class act. While he is underrated, he really shouldn't be. When he puts out something with his name, you know you are going to get killer sounds and spirited vocals from whoever he collaborates with. One thing I can say is that he is the most CONSISTENT DJ/producer I've ever come across. He continually shines and NEVER rushes an album. This album is proof of that. If you haven't already, get "Never Fade Away". That album is a great intro to his work. His Subculture series are always great. Bravo John!!!
  • One of the best compilations I've seen

John O'Callaghan is the best dj and producer . He's underrated because he doesn't conform to trouse and trance 2.0. I wish they will release a extended version of the songs :-/ such an epic list I can't even imagine who wouldn't buy this if you love trance/tech/uplifting/140 This is for you TEAM140 and Subculture
