This album stinks. I heard a much better remix on YouTube, I look for it on ITunes, and all I get is this. I hate it.

The music is way to upbeat for this kind of song. The original, Alice Cooper, is way better than this crap. The words to this song are better off than having some high beat techno song going on and a man should be singing it not a girl.
  • Great song, but what's up with the cover?

I love this song, especially the club remix, but I'd like to know - what's up with the perverted EP covers? I can recommend this song, as well as all of the remixes, to almost anyone. Download it. Now.

Even though the original GC version of Poison slightly sounds like Cascada, the beat is not up-front and loud, so it's better. The Extended Mix is an (you guessed it) extension of the Radio Edit, the Friday Night Posse remix is really nice hi-NRG dance, KB Project's is clubby (although the sample is terrible), the Club Mix is an alternate version of the Extended Mix, and the final two versions are interesting re-takes, particularly the Tune Up Mix, which sounds like a completely different song. I love this set a lot more than the second, and I recommend this highly.

Poison is my favorite GC song overall. It's just....yeah. But the Friday Night Posse Remix HAS to be what I would call the ultimate definition of Trance. The whole "epic" element kicks in right @ 1:20 into the song. It just sounds BIG! I would love to see this version in concert. I could imagine what the lighting and visuals for this would be. Hint Hint: GC, do an American West Coast tour! >^_^< !!!

I first heard this song at Abercrombie last month and immediately fell in love with it, I went on itunes and downloaded the whole remixes cd. The Josh Harris mix is the one played in Abercrombie but the original radio edit is my favorite. If you like this one, check out Groove Coverage's other songs like runaway, moonlight shadow, and god is a girl, they're all amazing!!!

If you liked the radio edition of "Poison" or even the original by Alice Cooper, than you have to get this sensual album. My personal favorite is the Friday Night Posse Remix, as it features parts of the song from the original "Poison" by Alice Cooper. This is a very overlooked album and song that will stay in your head long after you've heard it. Poison: the song that was so good they had to make 7 remixes of it!
