troy is from ATL he moved to augusta in high school so get it straight. troy should have his own category of music because no one in the rap game can match his flow lyrics and energy. and yes PASTOR TROY is underrated, not the album

this is NOT the best rap album to come out of atl, let alone the south. first of all: HE'S NOT FROM ATL. he's from augusta which, if you're from atl or ga, you know is nowhere NEAR atl. atl isn't even a topic in his rhymes here, so let's not go there. next...pastor troy is not underrated. THIS ALBUM is underrated, cause no one outside of the south knew about it. he has very solid rhymes on this album - i would argue much better rhymes than he ever had on future albums. but look, for "White Mic" up there...Ludacris? Ludacris is AWFUL. if you're comparing Ludacris to anyone who raps you're out of your mind. again, i'm from atl...and i happen to know that ludacris WENT TO COLLEGE and WAS A RADIO DJ for years in atl. listen to his lyrics: he raps about being rich. that's it. it's fine for pop music, it's just not good rap. if you want good Southern rap reflecting the "hard scene," this is a great pick up. but rappers from atl tend to be more pop-ish (Ludacris) or experimental (Outkast). Unless, of course, you love Three 6 Mafia.

this has got to be the best album that has come out the south. Pastor Troy started the whole gangsta dope boy scene in ATL. very slept on album. if u are from the south, u must have this album.
