Best song on this classic album, 'Ouija Board, Ouija Board" is cut to shreds. Would not have downloaded had I compared original recording to this horrible "remaster". Inexplicably, cut out nearly a whole minute of great, inspiring, and meaningful music. The reply from the "afterlife" to Morrissey is the whole point of the song.

Why do bands and companies feel the need to eff with what was already great?! So much nostalgia tied to this album and the edits and adjustments are pure rubbish. I appreciate a variation, live shows are always different, but I want the original pure album. If yu want to remaster a song and fundamentally change it, offer both versions please.
If you arent concerned about the songs being the same, then get the album, its a standard and the soundscape is touching and deep.
THIS ENTIRE ALBUM!!

A friend randomly told me to go listen to Morrissey back in 2007 & ever since, i haven't stopped listening. I still can’t believe i even waited THAT long to get an album of his.
Every song on Bona is fantastic & addicting.

Bona Drag has always been my favorite compilation album from Morrissey, but this "remaster" unfortunately follows in the footsteps of the Viva Hate and Maladjusted remasters.
You can't rewrite history, Morrissey.
The songs aren't just remastered, they're all changed and, in the case of "Ouija Board, Ouija Board" my absolute favorite part is cut out - literally he just chopped out the second half of the bridge where the Ouija board spells out his name, etc. In the case of "Picadilly Palare" they're reinserted a mindlessly banal last verse, which, if you've ever heard the song before will completely throw you off. I'm unsure why they did this, as he never performed the song with this verse live. It is this rambling, meaningless verse which is in such stark contrast to the rest of the really great lyrics.
Just download the original version, which is what I'm about to spend another ten bucks on myself. :(
Life long Morrissey fan

I first heard this album when I was 13, I'm 38 now and it still speaks to me. Something about his music speaks to the isolation we all can relate to. At his concerts I've noticed a lot of Latinos and I get why. Growing up in an immigrant family struggling with family separation makes you feel alone. He speaks to that and embraces his fans so lovingly. He's also the reason why I'm vegetarian and try to champion animal rights, he's not ashamed to be left of left and I admire him for it. If u like music to commiserate with and give u hug at the end to feel better, Morrissey's your guy!
MOZ'babe love it VIVA MOZ!
