It's really not that big of a deal anymore, but the kid on the cover is flipping us all off. Sure, it could be accident. Yet I think this is a reflection of what the American society has become, full of apathetic citizens who's oblivious to the world. Or how nobody cares anymore.

This album.... it invokes so many emotions in me. Happiness, sadness... excitement... it's absolutely incredible! It's like I've been listening to these songs my whole life, since childhood! This came out a year ago and I'm already feeling nostalgic. Some people say that Passion Pit has lost its touch, but I highly disagree. I think the brilliant lyrics and meanings are still there. For example, I bet a lot of you didn't catch this, but at the beginning of Ten Feet Tall, you can hear a movie reel being played, which is a pointer to how he feels like his whole life and his experiences have been sold to an audience, like a movie. The songs, while upbeat in nature, actually tell a tragic story of how he's sorry to his wife for selling his story to people, and how he just wants to be alone with her. And now with the recent news, it makes it all the more sad that he just can't force himself to be with his wife.

It's been so long since I listened to Passion Pit only to discover they have a whole new album I never heard! It's great! I've been dancing to it for hours! So much fun, great for just letting out some stress!

Different from their previous albums, yet still very genuine and just Passion Pit. Better than anything I could have expected. Having heard and loved the entirety of their last album, Gossamer, I saw the picture of a boy as an album cover at a store and was drawn to it. Realizing it was by Passion Pit, I had to take it home with me. If you like any of their previous music, it's definitely worth a listen.

Sometimes you don't have to go away from what made you a great band.. I don't recognize them anymore and it's not for the better.. If your a true passion pit fan and love this album it's just blind love.. I love them but I'm not gonna lie I can't listen to this..

I see a lot of people with the same opinion as me: We love Passion Pit but not the sound of this album. To be honest, I really love Lifted Up (1985), but I wish I could say the same for the rest of the album. It just doesnโ€™t have that classic, and unique, Passion Pit sound. Hopefully they will bring it back for the next album! There is still hope!
