What a beautiful record--Leave it to Barrington Levy to pull off something this original. All of the classics are here and sound amazing in stripped down, acoustic versions with Spanish guitars. The vocals are epic and it's clear he took time so all of the songs would be of a very high caliber… virtually reinvented but with the heart of the originals still beating. Well worth the wait. I imagine that if he is touring with a band, the live show will be amazing. I missed his record launch at the Kingston Dub Club last night and I will be leaving NY back to Jamaica before his Manhattan show on Wednesday so I'm worried I'll never get to see him perform it. Either way, the record will be on replay on my various devices.

It’s an eargasm, you’ll lose your voice wanting to sing along. Only criticisms are its a little overproduced, and some songs have autotune.

im a huge fan, & couldnt wait for this album. every since last year when i bought the single Rosie, ive been feening for more from the legend, that day is here and i appreciate it very much classic album, all ive been vibing to is 2015 dancehall & 2015 roots. this is a great mixture of the classics & songs i never heard. SALUTE MR LEVY!!
