(firstly I apologize for the audio on the video. It didn't seem so windy up there and I was tight for time and couldn't review before leaving the amazing location. I know it's horrible - I cringe when I watch it - and not just because I look disgusting!) Have you ever considered how long you have left in your life? It's probably more than 50 years you know, which is a hell of a long time. Did you ever consider where you would like to be 20 years from now? No? Why not? I find that looking 20, 30 even 50 years down the track provides a delightful awareness of what is really possible in our lives. Humans typically overestimate what we can achieve in the short term and underestimate what we can achieve in the long term. In 20 years from now you could pretty much be, do and have whatever you want. You know its true, so why not take some time to choose? One great method I use is to write a 'My ideal day in 5 years' document. I keep this on my wall and review it regularly. Watch the video to learn more.
