H138 is a misguided bill that seeks to control Medicaid costs by stripping 90,000 Idahoans of their healthcare. Our healthcare system is broken and many of the folks in the Medicaid Expansion program are part-time workers who aren't eligible for benefits from their employer but make too much for Medicaid and too little for Idaho's healthcare exchange. We can't strip healthcare away from folks who need it. We need to focus on fixing our broken system first.
