Arrived and won't charge. Have spent the last week trying to speak to anyone in support. Phones never answered and emails never returned. I would avoid buying from these people. After research it appears that they have no UK representation beyond a couple of shell companies and use a man in a run-down warehouse in Birmingham to send out to customers. They were quick to take the £400 and then everything else wasn't so quick. Delivery certainly didn't happen in the 1-3 days quoted. Scooter is sitting useless in turn for £400 as it won't charge. My advise is to buy a different scooter from a well known UK retailer.
