Inspired by Veronica Chater's memoir "Waiting for the Apocalypse," we gathered some friends to tell us about their own personal journeys of self discovery. In our small-scale exploration of coming-of-age stories, we found some unexpected intersections -- reminders that although our details are different, we may all be more similar than we realize. This video is a preview of the longer piece, and features Veronica talking about her memories of growing up Catholic in a family where the reforms of Vatican II are seen as the work of Satan.
