"Cortés" is a 5mt whale shark, resident of La Paz Bay, where he spends his time feeding and seeking shelter in the shallow waters of South California. Whale Sharks tend to remain in this protected area until they reach sexual maturity, after which they start a new life in deep oceans, following the migratory paths they maintain since over 60 Million years.
