Ed Roland is a man who does not like to sit around and wait for things to happen. In 2015 he will release an album with Collective Soul, another with his band The Sweet Tea Project and he has a solo album in the works as well. But even a solo project takes lots of friends to get it done and Ed was joined by old ones and new ones for this song. Bringing in original Collective Soul drummer Shane Evans was a special touch, and adding Peter Stroud into the mix was a a perfect choice. "Searching For" is a ballad about love and life inspired by true events.
