The shirt fit great for an 8 year old (size medium 8). It does seem to have increased his ability to help strap things down in our truck. He loves to wear it and is anxious to get it back after laundry day. It is a great quality t-shirt and the fabric is soft and comfortable, but has also held up to all the off-road inspired play.
