The motion graphics piece is about the social issue of smartphone addiction. Starting from the brief history of the smartphone, and the age of smartphone users, the piece continues to the location where most people use their smartphones. It's obvious to see that most people, especially young people, are addicted to their smartphones. They are using their smartphones everywhere: in the car, restaurant, even in bed. The more people are using smartphones, the less people actually communicate with each other face to face. This phenomenon is what I call "lost in communication". I want to express my understanding of this trend in an interesting way. Hopefully, my animation can give people more ideas about the way people are using their smartphones.
