The Badi Calendar is the first purpose built calendar to be created for a worldwide religion. It is also the first calendar based on astronomical rather than astrological principles and the first not to be adapted from an older lunar calendar. The Badi Calendar was devised for the Bahá'i Faith, the second most widespread religion on Earth, with adherents in every country and independent territory on the planet, and is inspired by their sacred texts. I was honoured to be asked to narrate the English language version of this film which introduced the Calendar to millions of Bahá'is across the world.
