This is a very nice soft graceful stretching dance. But ... Half way through the video my two "bambinos" Joaquin, age 4, and Joel age 6, come bursting in ... At first I resist ... and then I shift the energy into a "flow" with them ... Notice How I "as gracefully as possible", I incorporate them into the routine with me by the end ... It's a great example of challenges of life ... when the unexpected occurs sometimes we FIRST resist the change - but then we make the best of it and "GO WITH THE FLOW" - WITH LOVE!!!
