When the Sgroi's beloved golden retriever Chase, passed away, his absence left a hole in her retired parent's lives. They found Hola (who was almost named Tortilla) while staying at their home near Guadalajara, Mexico. One year later, Hola is an adorable, and incorrigible, little pup who takes advantage of every possible opportunity to escape the house and explore the world around her. Luckily, less than a mile from the family home in Toronto, there is a huge dog park where Hola can usually be found. When Tara was visiting, she noticed the daily ritual of Hola looking for her chance to run out the door and make her way to the park to play. It isn't very often that a story is so clearly laid out, and Tara took advantage of the opportunity, much as Hola does when she slips out an open door. The following video is the delightful result.
