Moments earlier Diego and his pregnant wife attempted a desperate escape. The young couple find themselves cornered by two notorious human traffickers they are deeply in debt too. They leave Diego's murdered in a back-alley. Unable to move on Diego's restless soul must find a way to save his pregnant wife from the traffickers before she is forced to work in the underground New York sex trade.
