Using a 6 second cassette tape loop I recorded a speech from a radio station to constantly repeat throughout my experiment. Then, using the speed controls on the tape player as well as the delay effects on a Korg Monotron, I was able to explore how the voice can loop on top of itself resulting in the semblance of the speech being lost and distorted. This is an experiment for a project on repetition and language.
