Voters in Missouri's 5th District are hungry for a fresh face to represent them in Congress. My Republican primary opponent, Jacob Turk is relying on name recognition and opportunism to mask the fact that he doesn't even reside in Missouri's 5th District. Over the years, Mr. Turk has become every bit as much the political insider as Democratic incumbent Emanuel Cleaver.
