After Hurricane Tomas passed by Haiti on November 5th, 2010, flood prone areas of Leogane were underwater. Seeing the community’s need for immediate response, All Hands Volunteers launched a residential mud clearing assistance program working with homeowners and neighbors to clear homes with up to a foot of mud, muck and water.
