In 2005 I was given a 30 year old bottle of french wine from Dr. John "Doc" Mahoney. Doc was the head of the teaching lab while I was getting my masters. I saved the bottle of wine for 6 years, intending the bottle for a special occasion. In January 2011, I received word that I passed my licensing exam, and was now a Professional Engineer. Dot and I drank that bottle. And I made a video.
