After 50 years of military dictatorship, Burma has undergone a democratic transition, begun in 2011 with a former military government. One of the stages is ethnic peace on the whole territory, whereas the country has known the oldest guerrillas in the world for 60 years. The film unveils part of the peace process that began after the dictatorship, until the 2015 election won by the Burmese opposition party, the National League for Democracy, the 1991 Nobel Peace Prize winner, and National icon, Aung san Suu Kyi.
