In Okamoto Ice Studios, located in Long Island City, near Manhattan, Takeo Okamoto, master ice sculptor, carves the letter "O" for Ligorano/Reese's "Main Street Meltdown." The artist duo are installing the word "Economy" carved in ice in front of the New York State Supreme Court to commemorate the 79th anniversary of the stock market crash leading up to the Great Depression in 1929.
